The police wellness and performance event, held at Grindstone Training Center with the Ohio Department of Public Safety and two local police departments as partners, drew officers from across Northeast Ohio for a day built around training, recovery and mental health support for the profession. Marjanovic delivered the 12:30 p.m. keynote; Wilson followed at 1 p.m., speaking directly to officers about the wellness initiatives his office has prioritized since taking office.

The expo paired the two keynotes with a full day of programming built specifically for law enforcement: a defensive tactics seminar led by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt Will Brooks, K9 demonstrations from the Euclid and Olmsted Falls police departments, and a lineup of first-responder-owned vendors.

Marjanovic used his time on stage to address a subject he says is chronically overlooked in law enforcement circles: hormonal decline and its effect on energy, recovery and mental resilience under sustained stress.

As attorney general, he now oversees an office of roughly 1,500 employees across 30 divisions, including the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy.
